Prince Taitt embarked on his professional journey in 2006 as a Systems Engineer with Boeing Space & Defense Systems at the Kennedy Space Center. During his tenure at the Kennedy Space Center, he earned the prestigious NASA Silver Dollar Award for extending the life cycle of a key component for the International Space Station.
In 2010, Prince ventured to Boeing Commercial Aircraft as an Industrial Engineer in North Charleston, SC and played a pivotal role in the successful startup of the 787 Dreamliner Final Assembly factory. His success in project management birthed him a career opportunity in operations management. As an Operations Manager, Prince led numerous teams and achieved a remarkable 27% increase in sales, four months ahead of schedule and also won the site the Workplace Diversity Award.
In 2014, Prince moved back to South Florida to be closer to family and start a new chapter in his professional career. Prince joined Propulsion Technologies International as a Business Leader which is a joint venture between Safran Aircraft Engine & GE Aerospace in Miramar, FL. He spearheaded initiatives that resulted in a 58% increase in margin and a 15% revenue upsurge. He played a vital role in achieving the 2014 South Florida Manufacturing of the Year for the company. Prince assumed other key versatile roles like Cost leader and Business Improvement Leader, that steered the business towards profitability and operational excellence during transitional periods and the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
